A man from Willow Springs is charged with stalking the DuPage County Judge who sentenced him to 90 days in jail for driving with a revoked license.
57-year-old John Euwema will appear Monday before a Kane County Judge appointed to hear the case.
Euwema is being held in the DuPage County jail.
Prosecutors say they’ll ask that he remain in jail without bond because he poses a threat to the judge if released.
Euwema has admitted sending an anonymous letter to the judge with references to the number of people in her family.
