CHICAGO — We’re looking at car seats from the 60’s and 70’s.

This was back in the day when mom and dad smoked in the car with the windows rolled all the way up and they shoved all the neighborhood kids into the back of the station wagon to take them to the park. No seatbelts.

There were no real regulations, it was the wild west.
