LISLE, Ill. – A suburban high school student faces a felony charge after officials said he allegedly made a threat against a school.

Police said the teen, whose name was not released because he is a juvenile, made threatening statements to his classmates at Lisle High School in Lisle, Ill., on Monday, April 30. Authorities were made aware of the threats and the teen was taken into custody.

The teen appeared at a detention hearing Tuesday morning where a judge ordered that he be held in custody until at least his next court appearance, which is scheduled for Friday, May 4.

He faces one felony charge of disorderly conduct.
