Some people in Kankakee County believe the town of Manteno was struck by a tornado. 
A barn there was leveled with ten horses inside Wednesday night.
A veterinarian was called to help firefighters rescue the animals that were trapped.
All but one survived.
Officials couldn’t confirm that a tornado touched down, but they pointed to a line of debris that usually indicates a twister was on the ground.
