Our girl Brittney is a true fan of our neighbors to the south! If you can load it on a tortilla and top it with salsa- B is all in. Here are Brittney’s favorite (in no particular order) tacos from her seven years on Chicago’s Best:
Bien Trucha: If fresh tacos in a beautiful setting is your idea of a good time head out west, young man, to Geneva and Bien Trucha. Brittney took down the shark tacos in her first year on the show and still talks about them to this day!
La Chaparrita Taqueria: It isn’t hard to see why Little Village’s La Chaparrita is often called “tops” in the city. From the crispy tripa to the juicy asada- this hidden gem is one of Britt’s all-timers!
Antique Taco: Gorgeous fish tacos and horchata milkshakes are the way to B’s heart and this Wicker Park hotspot is serving ’em up right! Top with sriracha tartar sauce and red cabbage and you’ve got a unique taco that’s anything but old and dusty.
