Every day is #TacoTuesday in the Bambrough household. Sure, he loves his pizza and his dogs, but tacos are tops for E and boy has he had some good ones! Here are Elliott’s favorite (in no particular order… how can you decide which child is your favorite?!) tacos from his first four years on Chicago’s Best:

Tacos Mario’s: When Elliott wants to pig out his first stop is the tacos al pastor at Taco’s Mario’s on 63rd. Shaved off a hand-made trompo directly into a tortilla and topped with red onions and cilantro- these porky pleasures have a claim as some of the city’s best!

Paco’s Tacos: If the cow is more your speed the carne asada tacos at Paco’s is as simple as it is delicious! Thinly sliced, cooked with salt and lemon juice, and devoured at a rate of nearly 3,000 a day… not all by Elliott… that would be weird.

Carnitas Uruapan: Carnitas tacos are the perfect weekend treat and that’s why E’s getting up early for this Pilsen treasure. If you can survive the line you’re in for some crispy, juicy taco magic!
