Ted’s take: I love fried chicken… period. I don’t care where it comes from, just make it crispy, juicy and coma-inducing. Mini Hut was a little hard to find, but worth the search. The butter crust breading is unique and the chicken is consistently perfect! Don’t go for the ambiance, just get the chicken to go and chow down on the hood of your car.
