Brittney’s Take: Being that my family is from the south I was raided on good ole southern cooking and the closest thing I have found to New Orleans cuisine in Chicago is at Moe Joes. From the Jambalaya to the blackened catfish it is all delicious. Oh and don’t forget to leave room for dessert! The beignets are the closed thing you will find to Cafe Du Monde this side of the Mason Dixon!
