CHICAGO – She has been seen on a number of ESPN’s platforms over the past few years covering sports both in Chicago and nationally.

But when it comes to a charity in the Windy City, Sarah Spain wants to make sure her messages are heard.

The ESPN host and reporter came on Sunday’s Sports Feed to discuss “Hear The Cheers,” a campaign by the Chicago Hearing Society to raise money to buy hearing aids and equipment for children.

It’s the third year that Sarah has participated in the event, joining Geneva, IL high school student Eliza Peters help out those kids who have issues with hearing. The effort is continuing on this Valentine’s Day and this week.
