Crete and Romeoville in Will County reported 3/4-inch, penny-sized hail between 3:15AM CDT and 3:25AM CDT this Monday morning.

Update 2:50AM CDT…
At 2:45AM CDT Quarter-sized, 1-inch diameter hail was reported in Oak Lawn and before that at 2:28AM CDT penny-sized 3/4-inch diameter hail fell in Bolingbrook.

With a Severe Thunderstorm Warning moving east through Chicago’s western suburbs this morning, large 1-inch diameter hail was reported in Schaumburg and Elgin – 7/8-inch hail hit in Carol Stream and ¾-inch hail fell in Glen Ellyn.
