On the border of Naperville and Aurora is Gemato’s. Brothers Tomas and Mario could have done the typical Greek restaurant in the burbs, but they love BBQ so much they decided to perfect it. It worked! They have a simple, yet very effective process that suburbanites have loved for years. Good sauce, quality meats at a good price… That’s what I call “Opa-Que!” Bomb brisket!
