Ted’s take: “Carne en su Jugo” means meat in it’s juices… Sign me up! The owner, Sal, made a mistake making soup several years ago. Just like Sheryl Crowe, it ended up being his “favorite mistake”. People fell in love with this broth of vegetables, beef and chicken stock that’s then filled with pinto beans, skirt steak, radishes and topped off with a slice of guacamole. I’m just going to say it: It’s the best soup I’ve ever tasted!
